Program Overview
As part of its talent development strategy, Kivu Choice is recruiting highly motivated Aquaculture Interns to join the Graduate Aquaculture Learning and Training (GALT) Programme for 2026–2028.
This program targets outstanding university graduates with strong academic performance and limited or no practical work experience, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across multiple areas of the aquaculture value chain. Participants will rotate through different departments over two years before selecting a long-term career path within the company, subject to performance and business needs.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (A1 or A0) with Second Class Upper or above in:
Aquaculture
Animal Production
Environmental Science
Crop Production
Veterinary Medicine
Agronomy
Or any other related field
Must have graduated within the last five (5) years
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Self-driven, innovative, and committed to excellence
Strong interest in aquaculture and agribusiness
