Job Overview

The Front of House Coordinator will ensure a seamless Food & Beverage (F&B) service experience for guests.

The role involves:

• Welcoming guests with drinks and snacks

• Coordinating meal service

• Supporting guest needs and requests

• Working closely with the host to create a memorable dining experience

Key Responsibilities

Guest Welcome

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival.

• Offer welcome drinks and snacks to ensure guests feel comfortable and valued.

Table Service

• Coordinate table assignments and reservations.

• Provide professional table service, including:

  • taking orders

  • serving food and beverages.

Guest Support

• Serve as a primary contact for guest inquiries and requests.

• Respond to guest preferences and dietary requirements with personalized recommendations.

Service Excellence

• Maintain high service standards according to company guidelines.

• Address guest feedback or concerns promptly and professionally.

Collaboration with Host

• Work closely with the host to create a welcoming dining atmosphere.

• Support reservation management and special events.

Cleanliness & Organization

• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and outdoor seating.

• Assist with table setup and breakdown when necessary.

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

• Previous Food & Beverage service experience
  (preferably in fine dining or luxury hospitality)

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• High level of professionalism and attention to detail

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
