Description

The Chief Technology & Systems Officer will lead LTGS Rwanda PLC’s IT strategy, overseeing system architecture, software development, and technology operations. This role ensures technology alignment with business objectives, drives innovation, and manages IT teams for operational excellence.

Requirements

Education: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree (A0) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. A Master’s degree in technology management or professional certifications like CISSP, PMP, or ITIL are highly preferred.

Experience: Applicants should have 8–15 years of progressive experience in IT leadership, managing enterprise systems, software development, cybersecurity, and technology strategy in complex organizations.

Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills are required, along with excellent project management, communication, and team collaboration abilities to deliver innovative IT solutions.

Technical Competence: Proficiency in enterprise systems, software development frameworks, cloud computing, cybersecurity tools, and IT infrastructure management is essential for ensuring robust and scalable technology operations.
