Job Overview

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading and developing high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating outstanding dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high food quality standards.

• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate restaurant teams to achieve operational excellence.

• Monitor inventory levels, manage cost control, and oversee financial reporting.

• Drive sales performance, marketing initiatives, and community engagement activities.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Maintain a guest-focused culture that delivers memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in restaurant management, preferably in upscale or multi-concept environments.

• Proven leadership ability with experience building and managing high-performing teams.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Passion for hospitality with a guest-centric mindset.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Kinyarwanda is an added advantage.
