POSITION SUMMARY – Guest Service Expert

Our jobs are not only about serving food and beverages; they are about creating memorable and unique guest experiences. As a Guest Service Expert, you will take initiative to deliver a wide range of services that ensure guests feel welcomed, valued, and satisfied throughout their visit.

From setting tables and coordinating with the kitchen, to engaging with guests and maintaining a clean work environment, Guest Service Experts play a key role in making every interaction feel like part of the overall experience—not just a transaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner

• Set up tables and dining areas according to service standards

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately

• Ensure cleanliness of work areas, dining spaces, and service equipment

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

• Uphold professional standards of personal appearance, uniform, and communication

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

• Ability to move safely over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces

• Read and visually verify menu items and guest orders

• Lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing:

  • Up to 25 pounds without assistance

  • Up to 50 pounds with assistance

• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

Performing these duties effectively—and any other reasonable tasks assigned—is essential to delivering exceptional guest service and supporting business success.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

• Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience

• Supervisory Experience: None required

• License/Certification: Not required
