POSITION SUMMARY
Generation Rise is seeking an experienced Finance, Administration and HR Manager to lead financial management, human resources, administration, and organizational systems strengthening. This senior leadership role supports strategic decision-making, ensures compliance with donor and statutory requirements, and strengthens internal operations to support organizational growth and impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance & Compliance
Prepare accurate and timely financial, donor, and statutory reports.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and budget monitoring.
Ensure strong internal controls, audit processes, and donor compliance.
Manage payroll, taxes, and statutory contributions in accordance with Rwandan law.
Human Resources
Lead HR functions including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, performance management, and staff development.
Ensure compliance with Rwanda labor laws and organizational HR policies.
Administration & Systems
Oversee administration, procurement, asset management, and records management.
Lead the use and continuous improvement of digital finance, HR, and reporting systems.
Strategic Support
Advise senior management on financial sustainability, HR strategy, and organizational systems.
Contribute to organizational planning and decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
Minimum three (3) years’ experience in finance and administration, including management responsibilities.
Experience in NGOs or the development sector is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of Rwanda labor law, taxation, and donor compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Fluency in English is required; French is an added advantage.
