Job Overview

We are seeking a Night Auditor / Front Office team member to ensure smooth overnight operations at KCC & Radisson Blu Hotel. This role is essential in providing a seamless guest experience, handling check‑ins and check‑outs, auditing transactions, and maintaining operational excellence throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Welcome, assist, and attend to guest check‑ins and check‑outs during the night.

  2. Take responsibility for assigned duties, ensuring all work is completed professionally and on time.

  3. Collaborate with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering responses to enquiries and resolving problems.

  4. Continuously develop skills, knowledge, and experience within the front office department.

  5. Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values.

  6. Ensure adherence to all legislation, due diligence, and audit documentation requirements.

  7. Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies professionally.

  8. Maintain the lobby and front desk areas in a clean, organized, and presentable manner.

  9. Maintain guest confidentiality and uphold data protection standards.

  10. Complete daily night audit procedures accurately and on time.

  11. Balance all Front Office transactions, including room charges, cash, credit cards, and allowances.

  12. Reconcile PMS reports with actual revenues, close the business day in the PMS system, and prepare/distribute daily reports.

  13. Monitor KPIs such as Guest Response Index (GRI) and ensure Brand Standard Audit (BSA) compliance overnight.

  14. Support transportation coordination for VIP or early departure guests.

  15. Ensure room allocations and early check‑in requests are coordinated with Housekeeping and Reservations teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of Front Office experience.

  • Experience with Opera PMS.

  • Ability to adapt to changing service environments.

  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality.

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to support operational needs.

  • Personal integrity and ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.

  • Strong communication, listening, and IT skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively at all levels within the department.

  • Positive, open personality and strong organizational skills.
