Description
The General Spoken & Corporate Representative will support daily administrative operations while providing clear communication with clients and internal teams. The role involves handling inquiries, managing documentation, assisting office coordination, and ensuring smooth communication across departments to support efficient organizational operations.
Requirements
Education: Candidates must hold at least a Diploma (A1) or Bachelor’s degree (A0) in Business Administration, Office Management, Communication, or a related field. Additional training in administration, customer relations, or communication will be considered an advantage.
Experience: Applicants should have 2–5 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or customer service roles. Experience working in professional office environments and handling client communication or administrative documentation is preferred.
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with good organizational and multitasking abilities. The candidate should be able to manage office tasks efficiently, interact professionally with clients, and support teamwork within the organization.
Technical Competence: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Familiarity with office management tools, communication platforms, and basic data entry systems is also required for effective administrative support.
