Description
The ACU Trainers for Business & Finance Courses will provide training to students enrolled in programs offered by LTGS Academy Utilities (ACU), an initiative of LTGS Rwanda PLC. Trainers will deliver practical and theoretical lessons in business and finance, develop training materials, guide case studies, and support learners in building professional skills aligned with industry standards and modern business practices.
Requirements
Education: Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (A0) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA will be considered an added advantage.
Experience: Applicants should have 2–5 years of experience in business management, finance, accounting, or related professional fields. Experience in teaching, training, mentoring students, or conducting professional workshops is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills are required. Candidates must be able to explain business and financial concepts clearly, facilitate discussions, guide practical exercises, and mentor learners in applying theoretical knowledge to real-world situations.
Technical Competence: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential. Knowledge of financial analysis tools, accounting software, and business management systems will be considered an advantage.
Personal Attributes: The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, and passionate about teaching. They must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, patience, and commitment to helping learners develop practical business and financial management competencies.
