Organizational Profile
Signalytic provides essential digital health infrastructure for remote healthcare facilities across Rwanda. The company’s S+ Platform is a robust, solar-powered system specifically engineered to operate in areas challenged by unreliable internet and power. The system integrates a mini-server, a tablet, a solar panel, and a Wi-Fi router to establish a local network and host applications. Role Summary
The Training and Logistics Coordinator is a pivotal project manager responsible for the successful execution of two critical, interconnected functions: managing a large-scale technical training program and overseeing all end-to-end logistics for project materials under the GAVI Project. This dual mandate requires a candidate who can collaborate with technical teams to develop a rigorous, high-quality certification curriculum, while simultaneously orchestrating the complex operational and material supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Coordination
Manage all non-technical, administrative, and logistical components necessary for successful training delivery and project material flow.
Program Scheduling: Develop and maintain the comprehensive training calendar, strategically staggering cohorts to align with supervisor availability, equipment shipment arrivals, and overall go-live targets.
Training Operations: Secure appropriate training venues, power access, workspace, and secure storage. Organize all necessary support services, including catering, transport, and accommodation for trainers and trainees.
Material Supply Chain Management:
Manage the secure warehousing and distribution of all project materials to technical teams and service providers.
Conduct customs clearance procedures for all GAVI project shipments.
Coordinate with procurement and technical teams to source and purchase required materials from the local market.
Transportation and Safety:
Coordinate the safe transportation and security of all goods.
Arrange safe transport and manage all on-site safety for trainees, field technicians, and training materials.
Procurement Support: Collaborate with the procurement team to manage the in-country procurement of training consumables, tools, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), SIM cards, and the assembly of training mockups and live/demo PowerMax units.
Ad-hoc Support: Execute all other essential logistical work not explicitly defined.
2. Monitoring, Reporting, and Risk Management
Ensure the project remains on track by providing clear, data-driven updates and proactively mitigating risks.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, track, and manage operational risks related to material changes, venue availability, scheduling conflicts, and shipment delays.
Stakeholder Communication: Prepare documentation and contribute training outcomes for formal communications, including client and government reporting.

Required Qualifications
