Description

The CFO will lead LTGS Rwanda PLC’s financial strategy, overseeing budgeting, reporting, risk management, and compliance. They will guide finance teams, support executive decision-making, and ensure the organization meets its strategic and regulatory goals.

Requirements

Education: Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (A0) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. A Master’s degree and certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA are highly preferred.

Experience: Applicants should have 8–15 years in senior financial management, with proven experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, and leading finance teams in complex organizations.

Skills: Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities are required, along with leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive organizational growth effectively.

Technical Competence: Proficiency in ERP systems, financial software, and Microsoft Office is essential. Knowledge of accounting standards, regulatory compliance, and auditing procedures is expected.
