Description

The Partnership Development Executive Officer will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships for LTGS Rwanda PLC. This role involves building relationships with stakeholders, negotiating agreements, and driving collaborations that enhance organizational growth and market reach.

Requirements

Education: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree (A0) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional training in partnership management is highly desirable.

Experience: Applicants should have 3–7 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or stakeholder management, with proven ability to negotiate agreements and maintain strategic relationships.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential. The candidate must be able to identify opportunities, influence partners, and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.

Technical Competence: Proficiency in CRM tools, business development software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis is required. Knowledge of market trends, strategic planning, and partnership frameworks is important.
